Touchless Hotel Management provides a touchless hotel experience for large and small hotels in the post-COVID 19 world. The solution provides a combination of access tracking for individual rooms identifying who has been in the room and what they did as well as the means for guests to set Do Not Disturb signs limiting staff entry. Within the room, the solution can replace many of the touchpoints in the room like the room phone, paper, and magazines with an interactive experience on a smartphone. The system can be implemented in large or small hotels with the hotel brand deciding which modules in the solution are right for their brand.
